FitHub CRM grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Service.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
To submit false or misleading information

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
All fees are exclusive of taxes (GST will be added as applicable)
Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice
We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FitHub CRM and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FitHub CRM, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FitHub CRM and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
